Return Policy

1. Eligibility for Return

6. Shipping Costs for Returns

·       Free Returns: EconMart24 covers the shipping costs for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

·       Customer-Paid Returns: For returns based on customer preference (e.g., change of mind), the customer will bear the return shipping costs.

 

7. Exceptions and Disclaimers

·       Delayed Returns: If the return request is initiated beyond the return window, we may deny the request.

·       Inspection: All returns are subject to inspection. If the product does not meet the return criteria, it will be sent back to the customer.
